These beautiful copper tabletops are handcrafted in a small village located high in the central Mountains of Mexico. The people of this region have been working with copper long before Columbus came to America. The techniques they use have improved over time; however, their basic methods have not changed.

Each top is hand-made by artisan coppersmiths using an open forge to heat and soften the metal. Then the top is repeatedly hammered on an anvil until is reaches its desired shape and texture. What is unique about OW Lee Copper tops is that the copper is attached to a special wood-based material developed for exterior use.
